- Multiple transactions/partial transactions cannot be performed on the voucher.
- Voucher in its original form must be presented at the time of availing service.
- Voucher shall not be valid for use at any other service establishment apart from Roseate Hotels & Resorts.
- No refund, replacement or cashback would be considered against the voucher. Once a voucher is issued, the company will not entertain any request for cancellation.
- The company is not responsible for and will not replace lost or stolen cards.
