Exchange/Return Policy:
Exchange in case of manufacturing defect:
- Please inform us within 24 hours of receipt of order with a valid reason for the exchange.
- Please send us an email along with the photograph of the product to upstagecollect@roseatehotels.com . It is then up to the final discretion of the Quality Control team to decide whether the product is approved for exchange.
- Customers should have an invoice copy which they received at the time of placing the order.
- Product will be exchanged with the same product, same value or higher value.
- For exchange customer has to send the product back to the brands Warehouse / Studio.
- Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery date.
Exchange:

Warehouse/Studio in its original condition, unused, along with the invoice, all labels, tags, authenticity cards, dust bags etc and if ay other packaging intact sold as part of the product.
- Products returned under this policy will be subject to quality testing & inspection.
- Upstage Collect reserves the right to reject any exchange request without giving a reason for the same. In such cases, products will be sent back to the customer at the original shipping address.
- Customised or special delivery orders cannot be returned/exchanged.
- Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery date.
Upstage Collect has a no cancellation and no refund policy.
